Ache Be Gone Massage Oil
In our busy lives we don't allow much time to pamper ourselves and that is a shame. We've heard it before: We can't take care of others until we learn to take care of ourselves...and that is the truth. We rush around like crazy and then wonder why we are tired all the time and why we ache all over. Our body is telling us we need to stop, take time and learn how to relax. A massage using Ache Be Gone Massage Oil is a good place to start your stress reduction plan.
Ache Be Gone Massage Oil is formulated with essential oils known to be anti-inflammatory (reduce inflammation) as well as analgesic (pain relief). They loosen those tight muscles and tendons with their therapeutic benefits that ease pain and encourage relaxation.
As the relaxation begins, the muscles and tendons relax and loosen up easing the pain. You begin to breathe deeper, which allows more oxygen to the muscles, and relaxation deepens the process. The next time you have a massage, consider bringing a bottle of Ache Be Gone Massage Oil to your appointment.
Prepare the room for relaxation. Make sure the temperature is comfortable. Light a candle and put on some relaxing music. Close the blinds and shut out as many distractions as possible. Put a small amount of Ache Be Gone Massage Oil in the palm of your hand and rub your palms together. This warms the oil before applying it to the body.
Work in broad strokes at first to spread the oil evenly. Remind the one getting the massage to take deep breaths throughout the treatment. Deep breathing will increase the oxygen circulating through the blood stream and into the muscles. As you work, apply enough pressure to get deep into the muscles without causing more pain or soreness. Ask for feedback. Are you exerting enough or too much pressure? Stay with the muscle area long enough to loosen and warm it. Continue working the muscle group before proceeding to another area. As you finish, make your strokes lighter and lighter easing off the skin completely. This will give the massage a gentle finish rather than an abrupt stop.
Never massage over broken skin. Avoid areas where circulation may be a problem as in the case of vericose veins. This blend is not advised for pregnant women, those with serious medical conditions or the elderly. Not advised for children under the age of twelve. Avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. If you have never used essential oils it is adviseable that you perform a skin patch test prior to first use. This will insure you have no existing sensitivties before using this or any product you are unfamiliar with.
Organic essential oils of black pepper (Nigra piperita), cajeput (Melaleuca leucadendron), eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), ginger (Zingiber officinale), and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis). Our base massage oil contains sweet almond oil and arnica infused sweet almond oil.
