Your satisfaction is the top priority of All About Tranquility. Every one of our private labeled aromatherapy products is carefully crafted to meet your highest expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered, for any reason, contact us to return the item within 30 days from the date of receipt, and we will promptly replace it or provide you a merchandise credit.
All California orders are subject to sales tax.
Orders may be placed online through our secure server or offline via postal mail or phone.
We accept the following forms of payment when ordering online: MasterCard, VISA and Discover. To place an online order, make your item selections using our online catalog and secure shopping cart. Just select the item and quantity, click "Add To Cart" and continue shopping. When you have made all of your item selections, click on "View Cart" in the upper right corner of the screen. At that point you can make any changes to your order and click "Update". Then click "Checkout." Select your choice of UPS or FedEx shipping options. If you have already registered with us, all of your delivery and billing information will be displayed. If not, you will be asked to fill in the required information prior to finalizing the order. Complete the necessary fields and follow the easy to follow on-screen instructions. Please record your order number and print and retain a copy of your order for your records.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship orders via UPS and FedEx. We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Normal shipping time is 2 - 5 business days. You will be notified if any item can not be shipped within two weeks and given the option to cancel your order. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together, but we will do all that we can to ship all items together. See our Shipping and Returns tab for more information on our Shipping Policy.
The shopping cart will offer choices and calculate your shipping charges prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charge calculations are based upon our best estimate of actual shipping costs.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS
We accept MasterCard ,VISA and Discover. Your card will be charged when you place the order.
Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 processing fee.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
You will be notified of any out of stock or discontinued items either via e-mail, on your packing slip or invoice. You may reorder out of stock items at a later date.
Here at All About Tranquility, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place an order. Not only is it encrypted before it travels across the internet, it's also encrypted on our gateway provider's server, which is located behind a secure firewall.
We DO NOT make our customer list available to companies or individuals.
